Agreement By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who We Are Premier Path Consulting LLC is a digital creative services company based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in AI-generated video ads, animated logos, and branded content for local businesses.
Our Services
AI Video Ads — Custom AI-generated video advertisements (30–60 seconds), starting at $500
Animated Logos — Professional animated logo creation, starting at $200
Zoom Backgrounds — Custom branded Zoom backgrounds, starting at $250
How It Works
You fill out our inquiry form with your business information
We reach out within 24 hours to discuss your project
You provide any necessary brand assets (logo, colors, photos, etc.)
We create your content and deliver it within 3–5 business days
You review it and request changes if needed
Payment Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Revisions Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Additional revisions beyond two rounds may be subject to an extra fee. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
What You Need to Provide To complete your project, you may need to provide your business name, logo, brand colors, a description of your business, any specific messaging you want included, and timely feedback. Delays caused by late client responses may affect delivery timelines.
Ownership Once full payment is received, you own the final delivered content and may use it for your business. Premier Path Consulting LLC retains the right to display your project in our portfolio and on social media as examples of our work, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Refund Policy Refunds are available if requested before work has begun. Once work has started, refunds are not available. If you are unhappy with the final product after revisions, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Limitation of Liability Premier Path Consulting LLC is not responsible for results or revenue generated from use of our content, delays caused by circumstances outside our control, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.
